Sales analytics
Know by mid-month whether you will hit target — and what is holding you back.
Analytics on your ERP data — in Power BI or as a custom web app. Target forecast, period comparisons and alerts on deviations.
How it works
- 1Data from your ERP
We connect straight to your ERP database: sales, customers, items, purchase costs, stock and receivables. Data refreshes on its own, with no manual exports.
- 2One data model
We build one model with the same definitions of revenue, margin and markup, so every report and every department sees the same numbers.
- 3Dashboards for every role
Management, the sales director and sales reps each get their own view — in Power BI or as a custom web app, whichever fits.
- 4Alerts on deviations
Deviations light up on their own: a region below average, a customer who stopped ordering, a target at risk. Attention goes where it is needed.
What you see at a glance
- Target achievement
Monthly, daily and average-daily targets and a month-end forecast that is recalculated with every data refresh.
- Period comparisons
Change in revenue, quantity, margin and markup between chosen periods, with green and red indicators.
- Sales structure
By category, manufacturer, sales rep, customer and region, with a map of deviations from the average.
- Stock and turnover
Stock on hand, turnover and average sales, and how they compare across periods.
For the sales team
- Targets by rep
Achievement by sales rep and by customer, with an optional bonus scheme based on chosen metrics.
- Customers who stopped
An alert when a customer has not ordered for a set number of days, before it is too late.
- Customers on the map
Customer locations on a map and the areas with no sales.
- Activities and campaigns
How promotions and activities perform by customer and sales rep.
- Sales and receivables together
Overdue balances next to each customer’s sales and a payment forecast by due date.
- Warehouse efficiency
Optional: operations by user and hour, period comparisons and an efficiency ratio.
What it includes
- Know by mid-month whether you will hit target
- Which rep, customer or region is falling behind
- An alert when a customer stops ordering
- Compare with any period in one click
A good fit if
- We find out whether we hit target when it is already too late
- A customer stops ordering and we notice months later
- Every department has its own numbers for the same thing
- Reports are stitched together in Excel every month

Frequently asked questions
Do you only work with Power BI?
No. Power BI is the most common choice, but where it fits better we build the analytics as a custom web app or embed them in the systems you already use. The data model stays the same.
What data do we need?
The data already in your ERP: sales, customers, items and purchase costs. Optionally stock, receivables, payables and targets.
How often does the data refresh?
Automatically, on a schedule, usually several times a day. The target forecast and deviations are recalculated on every refresh.
Who sees what?
Access is set up by role: management sees everything, a sales rep sees their own customers and targets.
Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. The analytics connect to the ERP you already have and only read data from it.
