Finance
See the profit of every location — and which cost is eating it.
P&L, budget and financial ratios by location and period, down to the document, account or line. Compare any period with a base and the budget.
How it works
- 1Data from accounting and the ERP
Accounting entries, documents, accounts and cost lines are linked with sales and locations from the ERP. They refresh automatically.
- 2Analysis elements
Income and costs are grouped into elements — goods, rent, payroll, energy, security and so on — down to the document, ledger account or cost line.
- 3Period and base
Pick any current period and any base. The system works out the difference, the % change, the share of costs and the share of revenue.
- 4By location
A P&L for every location: revenue, direct and indirect costs, profit before indirect costs and the bottom line.
What you see at a glance
- P&L by location and period
Which location makes money, which loses it and which cost makes the difference — for the chosen period and against the base.
- Comparison with base and budget
Difference, % change, % of costs and % of revenue for every element, against any base and against the budget.
- Financial ratios
Average and actual markup, profitability and efficiency ratios, turnover in days — and how they compare across periods.
- Location metrics
Payroll as % of revenue, revenue and cost per m², revenue and gross margin per person, repair and maintenance costs.
Reports and budget
- Budgeting
A budget by element and location, and how it is met month by month.
- Down to the document
From any figure you get to the ledger account, the cost line and the document behind it.
- Accounting reports
Income statement and accounting reports that refresh themselves.
- Direct and indirect costs
Indirect costs are allocated to locations, so the true profit of each one is visible.
- Cash flow
Optional: operating and non-operating receipts and payments — from customers, to suppliers, staff, loans and investments.
- Group reporting formats
Optional: a P&L by function (logistics, marketing, administration) with EBITDA and an operating-expense analysis against the previous period and forecast — in English too.
What it includes
- The profit of every location and the cost eating it
- Every figure down to the document behind it
- Any period against a base and the budget
- Reports that refresh themselves
A good fit if
- Reports are stitched together in Excel every month
- We don’t know which location makes money and which loses it
- Every department has its own numbers for the same thing
- Our programs don’t talk to each other

Frequently asked questions
Where does the data come from?
From the accounting software and ERP you already use. Data is read automatically, with no manual exports.
Can I compare any periods?
Yes. The current period and the base are chosen freely — for example January–September 2026 against the same period of 2025.
Can I see the document behind a number?
Yes. Every element opens down to the ledger account, cost line and individual document.
How are indirect costs allocated to locations?
By a key you choose — for example by revenue, floor area or staff.
Does it work for reporting to a parent company?
Yes. Reports can follow the group format — a P&L with EBITDA, an operating-expense analysis and cash flow — in English too.
Do we have to replace our accounting software?
No. The analytics only read data from the systems you already have.
