Azure architecture and migration
No server that ages: your data is protected, backed up and reachable from anywhere.
We move your ERP to Azure smoothly: automatic backup, top-level security and a reporting replica that frees up the main server.
How it works
- 1Assessment and architecture
We review your ERP and other systems — databases, reports, users, links — and design the Azure architecture: resources, network, security and costs.
- 2Plan
We prepare the steps, timeline and a rollback plan. The move happens outside working hours, so work does not stop.
- 3Move and test
We move the ERP, databases, files and applications, check the data and reports, and test with your users before switching over.
- 4Running in the cloud
After the switch we set up backup, security, monitoring and access, and stay with you for support.
Security and peace of mind
- Secure backup
Automatic nightly backup kept in several zones. The database can be restored to an exact moment of the last days — for example before a wrong operation.
- Top-level security
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit, sign-in uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), and Microsoft watches around the clock for attacks and unusual activity.
- No power cuts or failures
Microsoft data centres have backup power, cooling and spare hardware. A failed disk or a power cut at the office no longer stops the ERP.
- 99.9% availability
The system runs around the clock and is reachable from anywhere — the office, home or on the road — with the same security.
Architecture done right
- Not just the ERP
We migrate your other systems too: SQL databases, file servers, in-house applications, reports and integrations — all in one place.
- Separate environments
Test and production environments (Dev and Prod), so changes are checked before they reach your users.
- Network and access
A protected network, secure links to your offices and sites, and access only for those who need it.
- Monitoring and cost control
Alerts when something goes wrong, load reviews and budgets, so you pay only for the resources you actually use.
Faster work, fewer worries
- Reporting replica
A read-only copy of the database that reports and Power BI run from. The main server stays free for daily work and the ERP does not slow down.
- Everything in one place
Users, roles, the domain (DC) and access are managed centrally from one portal, with sign-in through your company Microsoft account.
- Easy administration
A new user, a new role or more resources — in a few clicks, with no hardware to buy or install.
- No server that ages
No hardware that needs replacing after a few years. Resources grow with the business and you pay for what you use.
- No hardware upkeep
Servers, disks and power are Microsoft’s job, not your team’s. You no longer depend on a hardware administrator.
- Free to move
Moving office or opening a new site does not mean moving servers — everything is in the cloud and works from day one.
What it includes
- No server to age and break down
- Automatic backup and high security
- Reports no longer slow the ERP down
- Work from anywhere, even after a move
A good fit if
- The server is old and every failure stops work
- We are not sure our backup actually works
- We want AI but fear for our data
- Reports slow the ERP down for everyone
Technology
Frequently asked questions
How long does work stop during the migration?
Minimally. The move is prepared in advance and done outside working hours, so users carry on the next day.
Is our data safe in the cloud?
Yes — usually safer than on a server in the office: encryption, multi-factor sign-in, automatic backup in several zones and round-the-clock monitoring by Microsoft.
What is a reporting replica?
A read-only copy of the database that is kept up to date continuously. Reports read from it, so heavy queries do not slow the ERP down.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the database size and the number of users. You pay monthly for what you use, with no large upfront hardware investment. We prepare an estimate before the migration.
Can we work from different places?
Yes. The system is reachable from anywhere with the same security, and moving office does not mean moving servers.
Who maintains the system afterwards?
Hardware is Microsoft’s job. We take care of configuration, monitoring, backup and access, under the agreed support plan.
