2. What data we process

Only the data you send us through the contact form or by email:

• name, company, email and phone number;
• the topic you are interested in and the content of your message.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 — GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Up to 12 months after our last correspondence, unless we start working together — in that case the data is kept as required by the contract and applicable law.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. It is stored with the providers that run this website and our email (Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365), acting as processors on our behalf.

6. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you. Your browser only stores your choice of light or dark theme (localStorage) and, while the tab is open, the last solution you viewed so we can take you back to it (sessionStorage). Neither contains personal data.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. Write to us at office@devocean.bg.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection — www.cpdp.bg.
