Applications for your ERP

Data from all your systems — in one application with role-based security.

We join your ERP, other software, email, files and APIs in one application with role-based access — and feed Power BI, B2B and B2C from it.

How it works

  1. 1Data from every source

We connect your ERP, other software, email, file shares and external APIs. Data is collected automatically, with no retyping.

  2. 2One application

We build a web app around your process: it brings the data together, applies the business rules and takes over the manual, repetitive steps.

  3. 3Role-based security (RLS)

Every user sees only what their role allows — management everything, a sales rep their own customers, a partner their own orders.

  4. 4Out to every channel

The one application feeds the Power BI reports, the users’ daily work, API integrations and the B2B and B2C portals.

Where the data comes from

What you get

What it includes

  • All your systems in one application
  • Everyone sees only what they are allowed to
  • A B2B portal — partners order themselves
  • No more retyping between programs

A good fit if

  • Our programs don’t talk to each other
  • Deals and orders get lost in email
  • People lose hours on repetitive tasks
  • Documents and requests are typed in by hand
  • Reports are stitched together in Excel every month

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to replace our ERP?

No. The application connects to your ERP and your other programs as they are, and adds to them.

What is RLS?

Row-Level Security. The same application or report shows each user only the data their role has access to.

Can our partners use the system?

Yes. The B2B portal gives partners and dealers their own access to their prices, orders and documents, without seeing anyone else’s.

What happens to the data that is typed in by hand today?

Wherever possible we take it automatically — from email, files or APIs. Manual entry stays only where it is really needed, with checks against mistakes.

Where does the application run?

Usually in Microsoft Azure, with sign-in through your company Microsoft account. It can also run on your own server.

How is it maintained after launch?

We monitor the integrations and, when a source changes — a new file format, a new API version — we set them up again.
